- Ensure timely payment for all contracted services.
4. Payments & Invoices
- All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or package.
- Advance payments may be required to initiate services.
- Delayed payments may attract interest charges or service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, creatives, strategies, and content created by Way2Print remain the intellectual property of Way2Print unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and business information shared during the engagement.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:
- If the client violates any terms.
- Due to non-payment or delay.
- If the project scope is misused or manipulated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Way2Print will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
9. Changes to Terms
Way2Print reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
